I know it’s not very British to talk about money upfront, but I’m Irish—so here it is, no fuss and no awkwardness!

Dig Deep / Second Act – Corporate Funding
If your company is covering coaching costs, my rate is £500 per 90-minute session, with a minimum of three sessions. My standard six-session package is £3000.

Dig Deep / Second Act – Personally Funded
For those investing in themselves, the rate is £400 per 90-minute session, with a minimum of three sessions. A standard six-session package is £2400.

Teams That Work
Team coaching is usually in person with up to 12 participants. Prices start at £2,500 per day, plus expenses. Contact my assistant Alyson at alyson@marchoganlive.com to discuss specifics.

Fees for speech coaching vary depending on deadlines and the level of support required. Reach out to Alyson at alyson@marchoganlive.com to chat about your needs.

Each session is 90 minutes (because an hour’s just not enough for true insight). Sessions are typically held monthly via Zoom/Teams, but I also offer in-person coaching for an additional fee.
